This is the map of the British Isles in fictional 2100 rising sea level scenario(to see map of entire Europe, follow this the9988.deviantart.com/art/Eur….

After global warming and rising of sea levelsharply escalated, sea level is now 100 meters higher than it was in year 2000.

This is the first regional map of the "World in 2100 series". In this scenario, Scotland and Northern Ireland split from United Kingdom(Northern Ireland joined Ireland). After sinking of London and Dublin, Birmingham and Belfast have become new capitals of Britain and Ireland.

professor nils axel morner former head of geophysics and sea level specialist on how the predicted rises by the politically driven global frauding agenda are IMPOSSIBLE.

I find it odd that Uckfield's still above water; it's flooded before so I would've assumed it would go under as well.

It would be more realistically interesting to see the sea level just 10 metres higher.

Great map but are you taking into account the land mass of Scotland is rising by .5mm per year? Englandshire is sinking by the same margin.

I'm interested in the scientific consequences rather than the political.  With a warmer climate and higher sea levels, what kinds of weather and ecosystems will I witness here?  The same for all of your 2100 maps.

Lovely looking map :) Though it's a long way from being accurate for a 100m rise which would wipe out a lot more of the UK and Ireland than that. You have used different levels of water rise for different areas. I'd guess that a 70m rise would give you the most interesting map.

Warmest winter of my life here in Scotland, in fact, for the first time in my life we've had no snow. Last winter was severe and the winter before that was the coldest with the most snow i've seen in my life. Its called climate change not global warming. You will get weather extremes, exactly whats been happening to us. In parts of England tracts of land, villages now are on Islands because of flooding. Railway lines that have survived over 140 years have been swept away. You people would be funny if this wasn't such a serious issue but climate change deniers are a menace to the world.

Even if *all* the ice melts, the sea only ("only") goes up 60 meters - and that will take several hundred years. The problem is serious enough that this exaggerated shit is extremely irritating.

it will rise 80meters not 60 robinhl [Hansen, 2007, NASA] =] and it will not be uniform 80 that is just an average as water is stretched slightly higher around the equator compare to the poles do to the earths spin apparently difficult to calculate but could be more than 80 in parts. and its no joke by 2100 it is forcast to be maximum 14 meters minimum 2 meters the last nasa prediction is 5 (who are not included in the ipcc - absolute joke). read 'storms of my grandchildren' by jim hansen head of NASA Earth science department and explains the whole story. cheers ben

Do you understand that it's a hypothetical map of the future? The artist likely thought the capital would transfer because of the encroaching coastline. Notice how the City of London is entirely under water.

I had a dream that the area between my town and the sea would get flooded and therefore I would live by the seaside. That could actually happen if this map came true!

WARNING! Carry on reading! Or you will die, even if you only looked at the word warning!
Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so
they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the
machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on
a Monday night at 12:00 a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you
and watching you bleed to death. Now send this to ten other pictures on this one site, and
she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently, if you copy and paste
this to ten comments in the next ten minutes you will have the best day of your life tomorrow. You
will either get kissed or asked out, if you break this chain u will see a little dead girl in you

"The Kraken Wakes" John Wyndham, but we did it to ourselves instead...haha my hometown still above water, but then again everyone from the low-lying areas will be crowding in onto the remaining land, so being above water not really an advantage...
